Joyce Cen has a background in project management, customer service, and retail. Currently working as an Assistant Project Manager at Next Step Design, Joyce has experience leading custom furniture projects for hotel brands. Prior roles include Project Manager at BSI, LLC and Lime Tree Hospitality, as well as positions in customer service and retail management. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Apparel and Textiles from Queens College.
