Tanzim Hasan Fahim has a diverse range of work experience. Tanzim Hasan started their career as an intern at Ulkasemi Limited and later interned at Teletalk Bangladesh Limited. In 2017, Tanzim joined NEXT Ventures as the Head of Engineering, where they led a team of developers and analysts in an Agile Software Development process. Tanzim Hasan also played a key role in designing and implementing projects, as well as coordinating with cross-functional teams. In 2019, Tanzim founded Dgtong Ltd. and served as the CEO, where they developed a mobile app-based vending machine solution. Currently, they are working at FundedNext as the Head of Technology, overseeing the design and development of high-traffic systems. Tanzim has also held leadership positions, such as President of MIST Innovation Club.
