Vanessa Camozzi

Vanessa Camozzi has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Vanessa currently holds the position of Director of Talent at Next47. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at PicnicHealth from 2022 to 2023 and at Productiv from 2021 to 2022. Vanessa's earlier experience includes roles at Nutanix, where they worked as Sr WW Solution Sales Strategy Manager and later as Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition. Vanessa also gained experience as an Office Assistant at Nursing and Rehab at Home, a Research Assistant at San Diego State University's Ecology Lab, a Student Clerk at Sutter Health Hospital, and a Receptionist at Marlinda Wilson's Skin and Body Care. Throughout their career, Vanessa has demonstrated their ability to build and manage talented teams and successfully support business growth.

Vanessa Camozzi earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from San Diego State University between 2007 and 2011. Prior to their university education, they attended Capuchino High School from 2003 to 2007. Vanessa has also obtained several certifications, including a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021, a Developing Your Emotional Intelligence certification from LinkedIn in 2021, a Learning Cloud Computing: Core Concepts certification from LinkedIn in 2020, and a Human Resources: Diversity Recruiting certification from LinkedIn in 2018.
