Andrew Townley

Andrew Townley has a comprehensive work experience that spans over many years. Andrew is currently working at NEXTAFF as a Human Resources Director. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2021, they held the position of Director of Finance and Human Resources at Ethos Medical Staffing. Before that, they served as a Financial Planning and Compensation Analyst at Mosaic Life Care for a year. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Main Street Medical Care. Andrew also has experience as a Manager of Primary Care Clinics at The University of Kansas Health System from 2011 to 2015. Andrew previously worked at DFW Sarcoma Group as an Administrator/HR Manager from 2007 to 2011. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Account Manager at North Texas Orthopedics from 2004 to 2007. Andrew's professional journey began in 2001 when they worked as a Financial Management Specialist in the United States Air Force until 2004.

Andrew Townley obtained a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Baker University, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government at The University of Texas at Arlington, attending from 2003 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Andrew also obtained a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn in May 2021.
