Evan Sersland

Evan Sersland is currently working as the Senior Regional Director of Client/Talent Partnerships at NEXTAFF since December 2021. Previously, Evan held positions as a Regional Manager and Recruiting Manager overseeing healthcare recruiting in multiple states. Prior to that, Evan worked as a Case Specialist at Wells Fargo from January 2016 to September 2021. Evan is a graduate of Drake University. Through their roles, Evan excels in building relationships to better understand the needs of both talent and clients, viewing it as a puzzle where each piece plays a crucial role in achieving success.
