Deanna Blackwell

Deanna Blackwell has a background in assisting not-for-profit organizations and many years running her own successful business. Upon attaining her master’s degree in Applied Cognition and Neuroscience from the University of Texas at Dallas, she wanted to bring her two worlds together. Her position at NextAfter allows her to blend the science of data with her love of helping others.

Analyzing and optimizing donor-based programs, following the story within the numbers, is a passion project for Deanna. She enjoys learning and engaging in personal and professional development. Working at NextAfter has been a dream come true.
