Ruben Alonso Gonzalez has had extensive work experience in the retail industry. Ruben started their career at Gucci in 2012 as a Sales Assistant and later became a Senior Sales Assistant. During their time at Gucci, Ruben was responsible for managing daily duties, training new Sales Assistants, and building customer relations. In 2015, they joined Versace as a Floor Manager, Assistant Manager, and eventually became a Store Manager. At Versace, they gained experience in managing store operations and leading a sales team. Ruben then joined Loewe in 2017 and held various roles, including Store Manager, North Europe Retail Coordinator, and Operations Manager. At Loewe, they were responsible for training staff, analyzing KPIs, elaborating sales reports, and collaborating with different departments and country managers. Currently, Ruben works as a Customer Success Manager at Nextail.

Ruben Alonso Gonzalez received their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Industrial Mechanics from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. Ruben studied at the university from 2004 to 2011. In 2021, Ruben pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Logistics and supply chain management from Universitat de Barcelona. During the same year, they also completed a Master's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from OBS Business School.
