Zhao Chang

Zhao Chang is the current Head of Engineering at NextBillion.ai. Zhao has over 10 years of experience in the engineering field and has worked on a variety of projects, both big and small. Zhao Chang's most recent position was with Grab, where they spent 4 years and 5 months as the Head of Engineering for GrabFood, Head of Engineering for Transport, and a Software Engineer. Prior to that, they were the VP of Engineering at OPay for 7 months. Before their time at OPay, Zhao Chang worked as a Senior Android Developer at ZALORA Group for 9 months and at MOZAT PTE LTD for 4 years and 10 months, where they were the Chief Technical Officer and a Research Engineer. Zhao Chang started their career as a Software Engineer at ESS Software, where they worked for 5 years and 1 month.

Zhao Chang has a Master's Degree in Embedded-System from the School of Computer Engineering at Nanyang Technological University, which they obtained in 2006-2008. Zhao also has a Bachelor's Degree in information communication from Nanyang Technological University, which they obtained in 2000-2004.
