Carolyn Grunwald Becker

Carolyn Grunwald Becker has extensive work experience in account management and sales in the media and advertising industry. Carolyn most recently served as the Head of Nextdoor Account Management at Nextdoor since 2020. Prior to that, they held senior leadership positions at Wild Sky Media, where they were the Senior Director of Sales Strategy and Senior Director of Account Management. At Verizon Media, they worked as the Director of Account Management, overseeing a team of Account Managers. Carolyn also has significant experience at AOL, where they held various roles including Director of Account Management and Senior Sales Account Manager. Before that, they worked at TechTarget as a Senior Client Consulting Manager and at Carlson Marketing Group as part of the Account Services team. Carolyn began their career as a Sales Representative Assistant at Graphic Center Sacramento. Carolyn Grunwald Becker has a strong background in managing teams, developing sales strategies, and working with diverse clients across different industries.

Carolyn Grunwald Becker obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from California State University-Sacramento. Carolyn attended the university from 1997 to 2001. In November 2013, they also obtained the IAB Digital Media Sales Certification from the IAB institution.
