Edward Ventura

Edward Ventura is an accomplished recruiting professional with extensive experience in technical and diversity recruiting across leading organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Technical Recruiting at Nextdoor since February 2022, Edward leads campus and industry recruitment efforts for a variety of research and development roles. Prior to this, Edward held multiple leadership positions at Google, including Head of DEI Staffing and Global Staffing Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing global hiring and mentoring recruitment teams. Edward's early career includes roles at Aerotek, focusing on account management and full-cycle recruiting, as well as technical positions at SymBio Corporation and Amersham Biosciences, emphasizing laboratory research and development. Edward holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Business Management from San José State University.
