Félix Pageau

Félix Pageau has a strong background in software engineering and management. Félix is currently working as the Head of Software Engineering at Nextdoor. Prior to this, Félix worked at Meta as a Software Engineering Manager from October 2021 to January 2023. Félix also held the position of Director of Engineering at LinkedIn from December 2014 to September 2021, where they successfully built a new Search leadership team and improved member's query success rate. Before that, Félix worked as the Technical Director for the RoboBoat competition at the AUVSI Foundation | RoboNation from January 2009 to June 2019. At Amazon.com, Félix held various positions including Software Development Manager III, Senior Software Development Engineer, and Software Development Engineer II. Félix played a key role in growing teams, developing core architecture for Amazon Go, and designing and developing distributed backend services. Félix started their career as a Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin Canada, where they developed free-play synthetic training simulation applications and telemetric interfaces for defense industry clients.

Félix Pageau has a diverse educational background. Félix began their education in 2000 at Cégep Limoilou, where they pursued a Diploma in Computer Studies with a focus on Management Information Systems. After completing their diploma in 2003, they moved on to École de technologie supérieure, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering. Félix'sstudies at École de technologie supérieure lasted from 2003 to 2007.

Following their undergraduate studies, Félix went on to pursue a Master's degree in Systems Engineering at Cornell University. Félix attended Cornell from 2007 to 2008, further expanding their knowledge in the field.

In addition to their formal education, Félix obtained a certification in Conscious Business from LinkedIn in July 2014, further enhancing their skills and professional development.
