Nora Paymer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. During their time here, Nora was responsible for creating the Business Intelligence/Product Analytics department and utilized Hive, Hadoop, Redshift, PostgreSQL, and Looker to analyze and report on data trends. Nora also implemented Looker dashboards company-wide and automated previously manual reporting.

In 2016, Nora joined BabyCenter as the Advanced Analytics Manager. Nora managed a team of analysts supporting various departments, including marketing, app, and web analytics. Nora'sresponsibilities included conducting Ad Hoc and regular analytics projects to optimize resources, tying user engagement to revenue across all user experiences, and driving improved ROI and user experience.

Nora's most recent role is at Nextdoor, starting in 2019 as the Lead, Analytics Engineering. In this position, Nora focuses on data availability and accessibility, building pipelines, and supporting reporting and data needs throughout the company.
