Samantha McAlister

Samantha McAlister is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and healthcare administration. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Nextech Systems since February 2014, Samantha has held various leadership roles including Vice President of Professional Services and Director of Professional Services. Prior experience includes working as a Patient Advocate and Medical Liaison at Bankers Life, where Samantha managed care for elderly dementia patients and collaborated with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes. Additionally, Samantha has a strong background in program administration, having worked at New Life Solutions, where responsibilities included database and grant management. Samantha holds a Master of Science in Administration with a focus on Healthcare Administration, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Health Services from the University of West Florida.
