Megan Graziano

Megan Graziano joined Nextech in 2021 as Director of Operations. A wearer of many hats, Megan is focused on growing Nextech’s footprint in Boston where she leads HR, administration, events, and general business planning for the US team.

Prior to Nextech, Megan has led operational and strategic business initiatives for growing companies across industries. As the former Director of Operations and Administration at Third Rock Ventures, she managed operations for new portfolio company launches as well as internal business activities between bicoastal teams. Megan holds an MTS in Philosophy, Theology, and Ethics from Boston University and a BA in English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
