Reto Schwager

Reto Schwager is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the finance and sustainability sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member at ESG-AM and Nextech Invest since March and September 2019 respectively, Reto also holds the position of Head of Infrastructure and Business Development at Patrimonium Asset Management since September 2019. Previous leadership roles include Chief Executive Officer at Schroder Adveq from January to October 2018, Global Head of Private Equity and Executive Board Member at RobecoSAM from January 2015 to November 2017, and Partner & Executive Board Member at Partners Group from August 2006 to December 2014. Reto began a notable career in finance at AIG as Managing Director from June 1999 to June 2006 and at Nomura Securities as Account Executive from June 1996 to June 1999. Reto holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Banking and Finance from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences.
