Randi Sopczynski

Randi Sopczynski has a diverse work experience, spanning from 2005 to the present. Starting with Emagine Entertainment, Randi worked their way up from a Cashier to a Supervisor/Crew Leader, and eventually became an Applications Manager. In this role, they handled various responsibilities related to IT and database management, as well as providing on-site support for theater management and overseeing the company's loyalty program. In 2018, Randi transitioned to Nexteer Automotive, where they started as a System Engineer and later became a Technical Lead System Engineer. Recently, they have taken on the role of System Engineering Team Lead, guiding their team through development and career growth.

Randi Sopczynski completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Saginaw Valley State University in 2018. Prior to that, they earned another Bachelor's degree in Secondary Math Education from the same university in 2012. In addition, Randi has obtained various certifications related to leadership, management, and workplace skills from LinkedIn, with most of them obtained in 2022.
