Heather Lizamore

Heather Lizamore currently serves as the Global Human Resources Director at NextEnergy Group, overseeing HR strategy and operations in a leading renewables investment management organization since May 2019. Prior to this role, Lizamore was the Interim People & Culture Lead at Bó, a NatWest fintech startup, and held various positions within major financial institutions, including VP HRBP at the Royal Bank of Scotland and VP Human Resources Business Partner at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Lizamore's extensive experience in human resources began with roles at Calyon Investment Bank and Goldman Sachs, focusing on wellness initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Arts from Victoria University of Wellington.
