About the role:

  • Quite frankly, there is no “typical day” for our customer service team. One minute you could be answering client questions about benefits and the next you could be overseeing the mailroom.
  • Our operations support specialists provide support to benefits, payroll, and HR teams by responding to client employee calls, emails, and chats.
  • Customer service is key for this role because you’ll spend a good portion of your time helping clients, answering questions, and finding solutions.
  • Our customer service specialists start at $45K.
