Matt Belger

Matt Belger has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Early Stage Solar & Battery Storage Construction at NextEra Energy, Inc., a position held since September 2007. Belger's tenure at NextEra includes various leadership roles such as Director of Early Stage Solar Construction, Director of Early Stage Wind Construction, and Senior Manager of Cost and Performance. Prior to NextEra, Belger worked as Regional Controller at Patriot Real Estate Group and as a Property Accountant at Regency Centers. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Accounting from Jacksonville University and Biology from Wofford College.
