Lucas Hancock

Lucas Hancock has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Lucas started their career in 2010 as a Team Leader at Dealer Services Corporation. From there, they moved on to become a Business Development Manager at Dealer Services Corporation in 2012. In 2013, they joined NextGear Capital as a Manager of Dealer Services and quickly moved up the ranks to become the Director of Dealer Services. In 2015, they were promoted to the role of Senior Director of Customer Experience before transitioning to the role of Senior Director of Inventory Management in 2017. Finally, they currently hold the position of Senior Director of Risk at NextGear Capital. Throughout their career, Lucas has been responsible for managing teams, overseeing various departments, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Lucas Hancock attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
