The Organizing and Field Operations team at NextGen America is responsible for mobilizing young voters and coordinating grassroots efforts to drive participation in elections. This team develops and implements strategies for community engagement, trains volunteers, and collaborates with local leaders to amplify the voice of young people in the political process.
