Lauren Pastalone

Lauren Pastalone began their career as a Talent Consultant at ORS Partners in 2016, where they worked with Affiliated Distributors. In 2018, they transitioned to Michael Page as a Talent Specialist before joining NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company in a series of roles, starting as a Technical Recruiter II and advancing to Sr. Technical Recruiter and ultimately Recruiting Team Lead in 2021. Throughout their career, Lauren has focused on providing high-value engineering and technology solutions while connecting people to inspiring work opportunities.

Lauren Pastalone attended Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania from 2012 to 2016 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. The field of study is unknown.
