Leah Woeppel

Leah Woeppel has a diverse work history starting as an Intern at the University of Colorado Boulder in 2011. Leah then moved on to roles at Anthropologie, where they were a Senior Sales Associate and later a Department Supervisor/Manager-in-training. Leah transitioned into the recruitment industry, working as a Creative Recruiter and Recruiting Manager at smartdept. inc. before becoming a Recruiter at Hirewell. Currently, Leah holds the position of Human Resources Director at NextGen | GTA, after progressing from HR Generalist II and Human Resources Manager roles within the same company. Throughout their career, Leah has shown expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR policy development.

Leah Woeppel attended Cary-Grove Community High School but their enrollment dates are not disclosed. Leah later pursued a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs at the University of Colorado Boulder from 2007 to 2011. In 2020, they obtained a certification as a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
