Parul Sharma has extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within the telecom and IT industries. Starting in 2007 as a Recruitment Lead at Elixir Consulting, they later held recruitment lead roles at TeleWorld Solutions and Telecom Technology Services. Parul then took on the role of Talent Acquisition Manager at Mobilitie before becoming a Lead Recruiter at NextGen | GTA.
