Ashwini Ingale

Ashwini Ingale has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Most recently, since June 2021, they have been working as a Principal Product Designer at Nexthink. Prior to that, from February 2017 to June 2021, they served as a Senior Product Designer (UX Architecture) at A.P. Moller - Maersk.

Before joining A.P. Moller - Maersk, Ashwini worked as a Lead UX, Interaction Designer (Service designer) at UK Ministry of Defence from May 2016 to January 2017. Ashwini was responsible for leading user experience and interaction design activities.

From November 2015 to May 2016, Ashwini held the position of Senior UX Designer/Architect at Bottomline Technologies. Here, they primarily focused on product designing for a fraud and financial crime management system. Their responsibilities included end-to-end designing with a user-centric approach, information architecture, and creating simplified interfaces for complex functionalities.

Ashwini also has experience working with the UK Government as a Lead Interaction/Product Designer (Service designer) at (GOV.UK) via Kainos from January 2014 to February 2015. Ashwini contributed to the design of a digital service for the Agricultural Policy Services program.

Before that, they worked as a Lead UI/UX Design Consultant at APMG-International from January 2013 to February 2014. Here, they focused on application designing, user interface, and visual interaction designing.

Ashwini has also worked on various contract roles, including serving as a Lead UI, UX, Visual Graphics Designer at a software company from December 2012 to January 2013, and as a Senior UI, UX, Visual Graphics Designer at Kurtosys Systems from July 2012 to September 2012.

Additionally, they worked as a Consulting Web, Visual, Graphics, UI Designer at MoneyVista from January 2012 to June 2012, where they contributed to application designing and implementing designs for the MoneyVista website.

Ashwini took a break from their career to become a full-time mother from July 2011 to January 2012.

Ashwini Ingale holds a Masters degree in Design from SNDT (Shrimati Nathibai Damodar Thakersi) university. Prior to that, they completed their B.Sc. in Electronics from Abasaheb Garware College. They also obtained a Diploma in Advanced Computer Arts (DACA) from CDAC (Centre for Development of Advanced Computing), specializing in various areas such as web design, image editing, 2D/3D animations, 3D model building, CD authoring, and sound editing. In addition to their educational qualifications, Ashwini Ingale has obtained a certification in Mastering NQL from Nexthink in April 2023.
