Elena Paredes Bravo has a diverse work experience in the field of IT support. Elena started their career at ICON plc in 2012 as an IT support analyst level 2. Elena then moved on to work at Hewlett-Packard as a Technical Support Analyst, where they provided technical support to Pfizer users in both Spanish and English. After that, they joined Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as an IT Support II, where they monitored and responded to requests received through the IT helpdesk and provided helpdesk support to end users. Elena also supported local area networking and equipment for all Alexion facilities. Elena then took on the role of Senior IT Support Analyst at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where they provided technical support to all users, including VPs and Directors, and supported all Alexion offices and company events. Elena also mentored new team members and acted as the point of contact for third-level support or on-site intervention. Currently, Elena works at Nexthink as a Senior IT Support Engineer, where they utilize their expertise in IT support to assist the organization and its users.

Elena Paredes Bravo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering with a specialization in telecommunications systems from the University of Valladolid. Elena completed their degree in 2011. In December 2016, Elena also obtained the ITIL Foundation certification. No further information about their education history or certifications is provided.
