Terry Courtney

Terry Courtney has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology and IT industry. Most recently, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at Nexthink since August 2021. Prior to that, Terry held multiple roles at Ivanti from 2012 onwards, including Senior Product Manager from June 2018 to present, Content Architect from June 2016 to June 2018, and Senior Consultant from October 2012 to May 2016. Before joining Ivanti, they worked at Avon IM&T Consortium from September 2004 to August 2012, where they held positions such as Senior Technical Field Engineer from August 2010 to October 2012 and Desktop Officer from September 2004 to August 2010, where they were responsible for day-to-day repairs, maintenance, installation of IT hardware and software, as well as troubleshooting higher impact system issues. Additionally, Terry demonstrated quick reaction and problem-solving skills when dealing with major incidents, including system outages.

Terry Courtney attended St Katherines Secondary School from 1995 to 2002, where they pursued GCSE and A-Level studies. In addition, Terry obtained several certifications from Nexthink, including "Get started," "IT Support," and "Nexthink Administrator" in September 2021.
