Victor Mejia

Victor Mejia has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on product management, solution management, and project management.

Victor most recently worked at Cel-Fi by Nextivity as a Product Manager, where they conducted market research, analyzed sales data, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and marketing strategies.

Prior to that, Victor worked at Comba Telecom as a DAS Solution Manager, where they interfaced with customers and sales representatives to determine coverage requirements, developed project requirements, and prepared customer proposals.

Victor also worked at LCC Central América de México as a DAS & Small Cells Engineer, responsible for coordinating design engineers, field technicians, and installation crews for indoor projects with multiple mobile network operators and infrastructure suppliers.

Victor's experience also includes a role at Huawei as an IBS Project Manager, where they led an indoor coverage project for a telecommunications provider, including site survey, RF analysis, design, integration, and optimization.

Earlier in their career, Victor worked at TexDigital S.L as a Project Manager, overseeing design projects and deployment for multiple network expansions.

Victor started their career at Glenayre Electronics as a Radio Frequency Engineer, where they were responsible for the design, deployment, and optimization of a national paging network.

Throughout their career, Victor has demonstrated strong technical and management skills, including project coordination, RF planning, site surveys, and customer support.

Victor Mejia has a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional, which they obtained from 1995 to 2000. In 2003 to 2004, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from the Universidad de Oviedo. In terms of additional certifications, Victor Mejia became a CBRS Certified Professional Installer by Google through Coursera in February 2023. Additionally, they obtained the iBwave Design Certified Level 3 certification from iBwave Solutions Inc. in May 2018.
