Elwin Versluis

Elwin Versluis has extensive experience in finance and investment, currently serving as CFO at Nexton since August 2020, providing technical solutions within budget and timeframe constraints. As the founder of GarageBoxy, Elwin has managed the rental and sale of garages, generating financial resources for housing corporations. Prior roles include Business Controller at Dumaco, overseeing financial reporting and administrative enhancements, and at Connexxion, managing financial insights across three locations. Elwin gained experience as an Investment Associate at Nedvest Capital and in various roles at KPMG Corporate Finance, focusing on M&A, and Waterland Private Equity, specializing in investment analysis. Educational accomplishments include a Master’s in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, an Executive Master in Business Valuation from the Duisenberg School of Finance, and a Graduate degree in Financial Economics from Georgia State University.
