Roberto Pascas

Roberto Pascas has worked in the recruitment and legal fields since 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Legal Assistant at Diageo. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Junior Associate in the Legal Department at SGF Global, and from 2018 to 2021, they worked as an International Recruiter and Talent Seeker at SGF Global. Currently, they are a Sr. Sourcing Specialist at Fetcher, where they perform in-depth analysis and complementary research around job requirements of assigned positions. Roberto is also a Sr. Recruiting Analyst at Nexton, where they help venture-backed start-ups connect with world-class engineering talent.

Roberto Pascas has a varied educational background. In 2018, they earned a Diplomatura in Gerencia de Negocios para Abogados from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. From 2012 to 2017, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Derecho from the same institution. Before that, from 2011 to 2012, they attended EF International Language Campuses, where they completed an Advanced level in Idioma Inglés in the field of Lengua y literatura inglesa.
