Valentina González has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Valentina currently works as an Account Manager at Nexton, where they focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent & Community Coordinator at Welocalize for a brief period. Valentina also has experience at BairesDev, where they held multiple roles including Hiring Journey Lead, overseeing the interview and onboarding process, and Executive Head Hunter, responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent in the technology industry. Before BairesDev, they worked as an Account Executive at Telecom Networks Contact Center, handling client inquiries, selling products, and providing support. Valentina's earlier experience includes working as a Call Center Telemarketer at BROU.

Valentina González began their education in 2011 at the University of Cambridge, where they pursued a degree in ANGLO and obtained their FCE qualification. Currently, they are enrolled at the Universidad Católica del Uruguay 'Dámaso Antonio Larranaga', expected to complete their Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2027.
