Rosa Blanca Rubi-Aguila has eight years of work experience. In 2012, they began their career as a Data Analyst at Pointwest. Rosa Blanca then moved on to become a Business Process Associate at MBPS in 2014. In 2015, they took on the role of Investor Relations Trade Processor at The Citco Group Limited. In 2016, they became a Licensed Financial Advisor at Sun Life Financial. In 2018, they became an Account Manager at Dragonpay, where they were responsible for providing alternative online payment solutions to businesses of all sizes. In 2021, they became a Sales Manager at CIBI Information, Inc. and a Business Development Manager at Shopee. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Business Development Specialist at NextPay (YC W21), where they were responsible for helping growing businesses, entrepreneurs, and freelancers in the Philippines access the best banking platform.

Rosa Blanca Rubi-Aguila obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from Bicol University between 2006 and 2011. Rosa Blanca also holds a Certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Six Sigma PH.
