Santiago Armenta

Santiago Armenta has extensive work experience in operations and management roles in the medical devices industry. Santiago currently holds the position of Director of Operations at NextPhase Medical Devices since June 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Jacuzzi Group Worldwide, where they served as Director of Operations and successfully established a new manufacturing site in Tijuana. At Flex, Santiago held the position of Senior Director Operations, overseeing multiple contract manufacturing sites and leading a team responsible for a total value of production worth $212M USD. Santiago also worked at Teleflex Incorporated, where they served as a Manufacturing Leader and Plant Manager. Additionally, Santiago worked as a Production Manager at both Teleflex Incorporated and Cardinal Health.

Santiago Armenta received a Master's degree in Business Administration from CETYS Universidad, from the years 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Cybernetic Electronic Engineering from the same institution, from 1991 to 1995. Santiago has also achieved various certifications throughout their career, including the General Manager Leadership Program from MIT Sloan School of Management in 2018, a Diploma in Leadership and Management from TECNOLÓGICO DE MONTERREY in 2013, and a certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS in 2007.
