Roohi S.

Roohi S. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They most recently worked at Next Quarter as the Global Head of Human Resources, starting in November 2020. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Manager at the same company from May 2019 to October 2020.

Before joining Next Quarter, Roohi held the position of Assistant Manager Human Resources at Techzert Software Pvt. Ltd. from January 2016 to April 2019. Their role involved providing HR support to the business, designing and implementing HR interventions, and understanding and meeting employee needs.

From March 2015 to December 2015, Roohi worked as a Senior Office HR at Adeptech Systems Pvt Ltd. (A division of Competent Systems Inc.), where they were responsible for HR-related standard operating procedures, HRIS implementation, and assisting with legal issues.

Prior to that, Roohi was an Executive HR at I Mind Softech Pvt Ltd from September 2011 to February 2015. Their responsibilities included managing HR and operational activities, implementing HR policies and procedures, and supporting performance evaluation and appraisal processes.

Roohi's career began as a Human Resources Intern at Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) in 2006, where they assisted with recruitment, interview coordination, and paperwork maintenance.

Throughout their various roles, Roohi gained expertise in areas such as talent management, employee engagement, HR policies and procedures, and HRIS implementation.

Roohi S. completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Osmania University from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA degree specializing in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Punjab Technical University between 2007 and 2009. Roohi also holds a BSc degree in Electronics from Osmania University, which they earned from 2003 to 2006. Roohi pursued their intermediate education, focusing on Mathematics, at Adarsh Junior College from 2000 to 2002. Lastly, they completed their secondary education at Nagarjuna High School from 1989 to 2000.
