Youngro Lee has a diverse and extensive work experience in the finance and legal sectors. Youngro is currently the Founder and CEO of Brassica, a FinTech startup focused on developing banking and financial infrastructure for alternative assets. Prior to this, they worked as a General Partner at Republic Asia Advisors, an asset management practice specializing in Fintech and web3 infrastructure in Asia.

Youngro also held various leadership positions at Republic, a global private investment and web3 financial services platform. Youngro served as the EVP and Head of Republic Asia, overseeing the company's operations in Asia and playing a pivotal role in the expansion efforts, including the acquisition of Seedrs. Youngro then transitioned to the role of EVP and COO, leading Republic's international expansion and development phases.

Before their time at Republic, Youngro was the Founder and CEO of NextSeed, a FinTech and financial services platform. Youngro operated the platform for six years, building it into a successful online private investment platform and an SEC-registered Broker Dealer. NextSeed's investment platform was later acquired by Republic.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Youngro gained legal experience as a Senior Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, as well as Counsel at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Youngro began their legal career as an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.

From 2004 to 2007, Youngro Lee attended Cornell Law School, where they obtained a J.D. / LL.M. degree in International and Comparative Law.
