Melissa Lilomaiava

Melissa Lilomaiava is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as a Business Partner and Advisor in People & Culture at NextSense since August 2022. Prior to this role, Melissa held the position of Human Resources Advisor at Nexia Australia from August 2021 to July 2022 and worked as a Human Resources Generalist at the National Institute of Dramatic Art for a brief period in early 2021. Experience also includes serving as a Human Resources Advisor and Coordinator at The Westmead Institute for Medical Research from July 2017 to October 2020, as well as roles in HR administration at BSA Limited and Bank of Sydney. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Technology Sydney, completed in 2017.
