Nitya Menon

Nitya Menon currently serves as the Director of Technical Services at NextShift, a role held since January 2018, where responsibilities include technical project management, global team development, client engagement, quality assurance management, and facilitation of technical proposals. Prior to this, Nitya held various positions at Ashfield Commercial & Ashfield Medical Information from 2002 to 2014, including Manager of Business Solutions and Manager of Programming, focusing on IT capability representation, solution design implementation, and strategic partnerships. Nitya began the career as a Programmer/Analyst at StayinFront from 2000 to 2002.
