Steve Cooper

Steve Cooper has over 33 years of work experience. Steve began their career in 1987 as a Consultant at Accenture. In 1989, they co-founded Perspective Technology Corporation, where they served as Principal. In 2002, they co-founded Excella, and in 2019 they became the Chief Executive Officer of both NextUp Solutions and Exelaration. At NextUp Solutions, they are responsible for transforming teams and businesses through Agile, Scrum, and Kanban training. At Exelaration, they are a leading software development partner delivering world-class software for clients.

Steve Cooper attended Rochester Adams High School from 1980 to 1983. Steve then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree at Hope College from 1983 to 1987, majoring in Mathematics, Music, and Business Administration. In June 2020, they obtained a Leadership Arlington Class of 2020 certification from the Leadership Center for Excellence.
