Nate Lehrke

Nate Lehrke has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and people operations. Nate is currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Nextworld®, where they have been working since 2021. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Senior Manager and Manager of People Operations at the same company. Previously, they worked at Jacobs Entertainment, Inc. from 2008 to 2021, where they served as the Director of Human Resources and also held roles as Safety and Risk Manager and Training and Development Specialist. Nate had also worked at Darden Restaurants as a Certified Trainer from 2005 to 2006.

Nate Lehrke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Colorado State University. Nate also has a background in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Mountain States. In addition to their education, Nate has obtained various certifications including PHR from HR Certification Institute, ServSafe Food Protection Manager Instructor from ServSafe, and Achieve Global Trainer from AchieveGlobal France, Groupe MHI Global. Nate also has certifications in OSHA 30-Hour, Predictive Index, and TIPS Trainer.
