An Ngo has always had a passion for business and operations. After studying business in college, they worked their way up the corporate ladder, eventually becoming the Business Operations Lead at Nexus FrontierTech. An has also held previous positions at OPENSEA Vietnam, where they served as Board Member and Chief Operating Officer.

During their time at OPENSEA, An Ngo was responsible for designing and establishing the matrix of organizational structure, work flows, processes, mind maps and data flows of the customer experiences management (CRM) and the core internal operations of enterprise resources management (ERP). An also created a strategy to build a healthy and transparent work culture in which employees could learn and practice many essential skills by implementing the rotation training and side projects. In addition, An Ngo was in charge of service quality control and problem-solving, ensuring that products were always top-rated on Tripadvisor and OTAs.

An Ngo is a strategic thinker who is always looking for ways to improve efficiency and optimize operations. An is a strong leader with a proven track record of successful team building and motivating employees to reach their full potential. Her experience in tourism and hospitality makes their an asset to any organization.

Their manager is Danny Goh, CEO. They are on a team with Mark Esposito - Chief Learning Officer, Ayako Ushio - Country Manager (JP), and Takaaki Mizuno - CTO.
