Dustin Clark

Dustin Clark has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Their most recent role was as a Principal Engineer at Nexus, where they have been employed since 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Engineering at Nexus from November 2020 to May 2023.

Before joining Nexus, Dustin worked at Chrono.gg from 2016 to 2020. During their time there, they served as an Engineering Manager from November 2019 to November 2020 and as a Founding Engineer from January 2016 to November 2019. At Chrono.gg, they built an e-commerce platform on AWS using technologies such as React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB. Dustin was responsible for developing features, fixing bugs, and maintaining the platform. Additionally, Dustin created and managed the infrastructure stack on AWS and implemented CI/CD automation pipelines using Jenkins. Dustin also played a significant role in preventing and mitigating security threats.

Prior to Chrono.gg, Dustin worked at Synapse Wireless, Inc. as a Software Engineer from January 2015 to January 2016 and as a DevOps Engineer from June 2014 to January 2015. Dustin started their career at Emerson in 2011, where they held the positions of Staff Software Engineer from April 2012 to May 2014 and Build and Release Engineer from July 2011 to April 2012.

Dustin's work experience also includes a role as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Asteria Solutions Group from January 2006 to July 2011.

Dustin Clark obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, where they pursued their education from 2004 to 2009.
