Sandi Rich Saksena

Sandi Rich Saksena is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in women's empowerment and financial services. Currently serving as a Representative at Tribe4ideas since April 2024, Sandi contributes to an international think tank focused on education, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility. Involved with the World Leader Summit as an Ambassador for the Women Empowerment Committee and as a Women Choice Ambassador at Mayshad CHOICE, Sandi actively advocates for women's issues. With a long tenure as an Empowerment Officer and Sales Manager at Nexus Insurance Brokers, Sandi leads a female team, fostering career development and ethical practice in the financial sector. Additional roles include Executive Editor for Celestia Magazine and Country Chair for UAE Insurance and Risk at G100: Mission Million. Sandi holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Lady Shri Ram College for Women and St Mary's Convent in Kanpur, India.
