Gauri Joshi

Gauri Joshi has a diverse work experience in the commercial real estate industry. Gauri started their career in 2003 as a Manager at Knight Frank India and worked there until 2007. Gauri then joined CapitaLand as a Senior Executive in Leasing from November 2011 to February 2014. Gauri's next role was at Embassy Group where they worked as a Manager in Commercial Real Estate from March 2014 to October 2017. During their time at Embassy Group, they managed the commercial leasing and landlord-tenant portfolio of 2.2 million square feet and was also responsible for stakeholder management. After that, Gauri joined HDFC Realty as the Zonal Sales Head for Commercial Real Estate in 2018. Currently, they work as the General Manager of Commercial Leasing at Nexus Malls, a position they have held since 2020.

Gauri Joshi began their education in 1994 when they enrolled at the University of Mumbai. Gauri pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree and completed their studies in 1999. Following this, Gauri continued their education at Jankidevi Bajaj Institute of Management Studies from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained a Master of Management Studies degree in the field of Marketing. In 2002, they attended the University of Mumbai for a year and earned a Bachelor of General Law degree.
