Kashif Hussain

Kashif Hussain has a diverse work experience in various roles related to business development, franchising, and leasing.

Kashif started their career in 2010 as a Manager in Consulting & Project Management at Sparkleminds, where they worked with clients to expand their franchise models and helped them with documentation, training, marketing, and recruitment of franchisees.

In 2013, Kashif joined Franchise Middle East Consultancy as a Franchise Development Manager. Here, they conducted market analysis, feasibility studies, and prepared business plans and franchise structure outlines. Kashif also handled the preparation of operational/training manuals and franchise documentation.

From 2014 to 2015, Kashif worked as a Franchise Manager at Mybox, where they successfully completed the franchise expansion model and actively participated in the setup of the first Laundrybox franchise in Qatar. Kashif was responsible for obtaining and maintaining required certifications, as well as drafting legal documents for international franchising.

In 2016, they joined The Dorm Shop as the Head of Business and Franchise Development. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in the start-up phase of the company, implementing the business concept in four major cities in India. Kashif also pitched the idea to venture capitalists and angel investors and oversaw activities such as site selection, construction, store design, and marketing campaigns.

In the same year, Kashif also worked at Soch Apparels Pvt. Ltd. as a Business Development Specialist. Kashif focused on analyzing demographics, conducting market studies, and developing property for new store setups across India.

Since 2018, Kashif has been associated with Nexus Malls. Kashif initially joined as a Leasing Manager and later progressed to the position of Senior Manager - Leasing. In their role, they developed and implemented leasing strategies, managed the financial aspects of leasing operations, and conducted market research to identify target tenants.

Kashif earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) between 2017 and 2019.

Prior to that, they obtained a BBM degree in Marketing from Jain (Deemed-to-be University) from 2007 to 2010.

Before that, they completed their PUC degree in Commerce from Bangalore University from 2005 to 2007.

Kashif'ssecondary education was completed at Bishop Cotton Boys' School, where they obtained an ICSE degree in Commerce from 1993 to 2005.
