Prabhu P has had a diverse range of work experiences in various companies. Prabhu started their career as a Learning & Development - HR specialist at Samsung R&D Institute India Bangalore Pvt Ltd in 2008, where they handled induction programs, sent training invites, and assisted trainers. In 2015, Prabhu joined APRAMEYAH TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED as a Business Specialist, where they coordinated induction programs and training schedules.

In 2017, Prabhu became a Learning And Development Specialist at Apollo Hospitals, responsible for preparing for Service Excellence Award ceremonies, coordinating engagement activities, and maintaining training records. Currently, Prabhu is an HR Business Partner at Nexus Malls (previously known as Prestige Group), where they oversee mall development, manages HR responsibilities, and is known for their employee engagement skills. Prabhu is also responsible for HR administrative activities and has a proven record in managing resources and delivering HR requirements.

Prabhu P's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism from St. Joseph's University, which they pursued from 2005 to 2008. In 2009, they enrolled at Indira Gandhi National Open University to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, which they successfully obtained in 2011. During this period, from 2011 to 2012, they also pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management specializing in Human Resources Development from the same university. Additionally, Prabhu P acquired a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism from St. Josephs College Arts Science from 2005 to 2008.
