Jake Rogers, CSPO, has over four years of experience in product ownership. In 2022, they began working as a Product Owner for Nexus. Prior to that, they were an Associate Consultant at Sogeti from 2020 to 2022, where they managed a daily queue of support tickets in ServiceNow for CFA's Restaurant & Development SharePoint site, helping troubleshoot over 1,000 tickets for internal users and external partners. Jake also cleaned up over 4 TB of data from CFA’s R&D SharePoint site. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Product Owner Intern at FIS, where they created a GAP Analysis of all the differences between two automated voicemail response pathways for the Atlanta and Milwaukee branches of FIS. Jake also created and reviewed 3 Functional Specification Documents to deliver a clear product solution for the development team.
