Lorenzo Fascina

Lorenzo Fascina has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lorenzo is currently working as the Head of Production at Nexxiot since November 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Supply Chain, Assembly, and Quality Control at Distran from November 2021 to November 2022. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as the Category Manager for urban e-mobility at Micro Mobility Systems Ltd. Lorenzo also has experience as the General Manager for China operations at Woodn Industries Srl from 2015 to 2017, where they also worked as a Project Manager from 2014 to 2016. Lorenzo began their career as a Project Manager at Studio Fascina from 2011 to 2014, followed by a role as an Asset and Property Manager junior at Fondiaria-Sai from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, Lorenzo gained internship experience in health and safety management at Ideal Standard International BVBA in 2005.

Lorenzo Fascina began their education in 2001 at Politecnico di Milano, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Industrial Engineering. Lorenzo completed this program in 2004. Lorenzo then continued their studies at Politecnico di Milano and obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Management Engineering in 2007.

In 2009, Lorenzo enrolled at Heriot-Watt University, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Strategic Project Management. Lorenzo completed this program in 2010. Following that, they attended Umeå University in 2010 and also pursued a Master of Science degree in Strategic Project Management, which they completed in 2011.

In terms of additional certifications, Lorenzo obtained a Scuba diving advanced certificate from PADI in May 2012. Lorenzo also obtained a certificate in alpine skiing from CAI Club Alpino Italiano in April 2012. Lorenzo has been certified as a fire safety engineer by the Ministero dell'Interno - Corpo Nazionale dei Vigili del Fuoco. Lorenzo also received the Esame di Stato Ingegnere di 2° livello certification from FOIM (Fondazione dell'Ordine degli Ingegneri della Provincia di Milano) in 2008. Lastly, Lorenzo holds an international waters license for sailing and motor boats, which they obtained from the Marina Militare Italiana in 2002.
