Ted MacDonald has extensive experience in technical support roles, currently serving as a Technical Support Analyst at Microdyne since 2004 and also as a TSA at NexxLinx since December 2005. Previously, Ted held the position of MAC TSA at Unify from 2007 to 2016. Ted holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Electrical Power Technology from Eastern Maine Community College.
