Beatriz Faísca has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. Beatriz worked as a Shift Manager at Pura Cafeína Lda. during school break periods from 2015 to 2020. In 2020, they moved on to become a Business Manager at Aubay, where they provided outsourcing solutions in IT and handled various responsibilities such as business development, account management, recruitment, and contracts negotiation. In 2021, Beatriz joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Portugal Property as a Human Resources and Recruitment Specialist, where they defined recruitment strategies and conducted interviews.
