Stephen Truono

Stephen Truono, ARM, CSP, currently serves as the EVP & Chief Risk Officer at NFI since January 2018, where responsibilities include leading enterprise risk initiatives from the Camden, NJ headquarters. Previously, Stephen held positions such as SVP, Enterprise Risk Management at Avon and Consulting Risk & Insurance Manager for Avon's Global Risk & Insurance Management efforts. Stephen's extensive experience also includes serving as VP of Global Risk Management & Insurance at Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Executive Director of Global Risk Management at Avon Products, Inc. Early in the career, Stephen worked at JWP International, Inc. as Global Manager for Occupational Safety, Health & Asset Protection, and at Marsh as a Risk Control & Management Consultant. Stephen began the professional journey as a Sr. Loss Prevention Consultant at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Educational qualifications include a BS in Physical Sciences with a Minor in Secondary Education from St. John's University and a Regents Diploma from Chaminade High School.
